Organizer

The organizer of the competition, who also handles the prizes, is Bültel Worldwide Fashion GmbH & Co. KG, Rheiner Straße 28, D-48499 Salzbergen (hereinafter also referred to as “camel active”).

Description of the Competition

camel active is organizing a competition from July 25, 2025, to August 31, 2025.

You will receive a trip worth €1000 from the travel provider Vivido.

To participate in the giveaway, signing up for our WhatsApp channel is required.

Participation is possible starting from July 25, 2025, with the deadline for entries being August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

By participating in the giveaway, the participant acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy.

Eligible Participants

Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and has a residence in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, or Belgium is eligible to participate.

Employees of the organizer, its affiliated companies, and cooperation partners, as well as their respective relatives, are excluded. Participation in someone else's name, especially by sweepstakes agencies, sweepstakes clubs, or automated services, is not allowed. The organizer reserves the right to check eligibility for participation and to request proof of age.

Each participant is allowed to register for the giveaway only once. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple phone numbers to increase the chances of winning. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.

Participation in the Competition

A participant enters the giveaway by participating during the promotion period as outlined in Point 2. By registering, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy. After successful participation, the participant will receive a confirmation message indicating that their data has been registered. The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway. The prize will be drawn after the end of the promotion period. All participants who have participated in accordance with the rules will be considered. The winner will be notified of their prize via message and must claim it by responding within 2 weeks of receiving the notification. The organizer accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or delayed entries on the website, particularly in the case of technical issues.

Costs

Participation in the competition is free of charge. The participant only has to bear the costs that arise from participating via the internet (connection costs of the respective provider).

Determination of Winner and Claiming of Prize

The winner is determined random immediately after the end of the participation period, no later than September 4, 2025. The winner will be notified via message. If incorrect contact details are provided, resulting in the prize not being claimed within 2 weeks, or if the prize is not claimed for any other reason within 2 weeks of notification, the right to the prize expires, and a new winner will be determined. This process is repeated until a winner is found.

The organizer is entitled to verify the existence of the prerequisites for participation in the competition with the winner. If the prerequisites (especially proof of age) cannot be demonstrated when claiming the prize, the right to the prize is forfeited. A cash payout, modification, or exchange of the prizes is not possible in any case. The claim to the prize is personal and cannot be transferred.

Prize

The following prize can be won as described below:

The prize (1 x): "Travel voucher worth 1000€ from the travel provider Vivido (redeemable until March 31, 2026)

Minimum age: 18 years

Only participants residing in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, or Belgium.

The redemption of the voucher is as follows:

· A winner receives a voucher for the travel provider vivido worth €1000.

· The redemption of the voucher occurs in the webshop (vivido · Einzigartige Erlebnisreisen mit Bucket List Aktivitäten | vivido).

· The voucher code can be specified directly when booking. The price of the trip will then be adjusted immediately, or the voucher will be stored as a means of payment. Please note the conditions (e.g., validity period, restrictions, etc.) of the voucher.

The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions. Additionally, the terms and conditions of vivido travel GmbH, Woerdener Straße 5A, 33803 Steinhagen, Germany, apply in the context of prize redemption.

The prize is handed over exclusively to the winner or the legal representative of the winner. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible. Additional costs associated with the claim of the prize are borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

Termination of the Competition

The operator expressly reserves the right to end the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned course of the competition. In such a case, participants have no claims against the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of participation or to extend or limit the time frame or vary the content of the prizes, provided there are material reasons for doing so and the change is reasonable. The organizer will announce any new conditions on the competition website.

Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical failures leading to the unavailability of the offer, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. The organizer and the participating companies are not liable for damages caused by the participation at the computer, other equipment, or software of the participant or another person. For data loss, especially in the course of data transmission, and other technical defects, the organizer and the participating companies assume no liability. The organizer is not liable for any transmission errors. The organizer is released from all obligations with the fulfillment or handing over of the prize, unless a earlier date arises from these regulations. Claims for possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes are to be made exclusively against the manufacturer or the supplier of the prizes. Rights in this regard are hereby assigned, and the participant accepts the assignment. The organizer is only liable for damages if the damage is due to intent or gross negligence. For culpable injury to life, body, or health of a natural person, the organizer is also liable for simple negligence. Furthermore, the organizer is liable for the simple negligent breach of a cardinal obligation. Cardinal obligations are those whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the competition and on whose compliance a participant in the competition can regularly rely. The foregoing limitation of liability applies in particular to damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in the transmission of data, malfunctions of the technical equipment or service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or in any other way during the use of the application. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
