1. Organizer
The organizer of the sweepstakes, who also handles the prizes, is Bültel Worldwide Fashion GmbH & Co. KG, Rheiner Straße 28, D-48499 Salzbergen (hereinafter also referred to as "camel active").
2. Description of the Sweepstake
camel active is hosting a sweepstakes from February 23, 2024, to February 29, 2024.
To participate in the sweepstakes, it is necessary to place an order in the camel active online shop during the promotional period. A participant qualifies for the draw by completing an order during the promotional period. With every completed order, you automatically participate in the competition. The deadline for participation is February 29, 2024, at 23:59.
The timeliness of participation is determined by the time the system registers the participation/submission. By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant acknowledges these terms and conditions and the privacy policy (available at: https://en.camelactive.com/privacy-policy).
3. Eligible Participants
Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and resides in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, or Belgium is eligible to participate.
Employees of the organizer, its affiliated companies, and cooperation partners, as well as their respective relatives, are excluded. Participation in someone else's name, especially through sweepstakes agencies, sweepstakes clubs, or automated services, is not allowed. The organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility for participation and to request proof of age.
4. Participation in the Sweepstake
A participant enters the sweepstakes by participating as described in section 2 during the promotional period. The winner's contact details are determined by the order data to contact the winner. The data will not be used for advertising purposes. The participant agrees to these terms and conditions and the privacy notice by clicking "SUBMIT ORDER".
The prize will be drawn after the end of the promotional period. All participants who have participated correctly will be considered. Winners will be notified by email about the prize and must claim the prize within 2 weeks of receiving the email by replying via email.
The organizer is not responsible for late, lost, or delayed entries on the website, especially not for technical defects.
5. Costs
Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge. The participant only has to bear the costs incurred by participating via the Internet (connection costs of the respective provider).
6. Determination of Winner and Claiming of Prize
The winner is determined randomly and immediately after the end of the participation period, at the latest by March 8, 2024. The winner will be notified by email.
If incorrect contact details are provided, leading to the prize not being claimed within 2 weeks, or if the prize is not claimed for any other reason within 2 weeks of notification, the claim to the prize expires, and a new winner will be determined. This process will be repeated until a winner is found.
The organizer is entitled to verify the eligibility requirements for participation in the sweepstakes with the winner. If the requirements (especially proof of age) cannot be verified when claiming the prize, the right to the prize is forfeited. A cash payout, change, or exchange of the prizes is not possible in any case. The claim to the prize is personal and cannot be transferred.
7. Prize
The following can be won as described below:
The prize (1 x): camel active voucher worth €500 (can only be redeemed in the camel active online shop until 30.06.2024) Minimum age: 18 years Only participants residing in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, or Belgium are eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
The voucher is redeemed as follows:
· The winner receives a camel active voucher worth €500 · The voucher is redeemed in the webshop www.camelactive.com by entering the "voucher code" during the ordering process and then clicking "REDEEM VOUCHER NOW"
The minimum order value when redeeming the voucher is €500.01. No remaining balance can be managed. The voucher must be redeemed in a single purchase. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.
The prize is handed over exclusively to the winner or the legal representative of the winner. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
8. Termination of the Sweepstake
The operator expressly reserves the right to end the sweepstakes without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the orderly progress of the sweepstakes. In such a case, participants have no claims against the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of participation or to extend or limit the time frame or to vary the content of the prizes if there are factual reasons for doing so and the change is reasonable.
9. Liability
The organizer is not liable for technical failures that lead to the unavailability of the offer, unless there is intent or gross negligence. The organizer and the participating companies are not liable for damages caused by participation using a computer, other equipment, or software of the participant or another person. No liability is assumed for data loss, especially during data transmission, and other technical defects. Claims for possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes must be made against the manufacturer or supplier of the prizes. The right to damages from the organizer exists only if the damage is due to intent or gross negligence. The organizer is also liable for negligent injury to life, body, or health of a natural person. Additionally, the organizer is liable for the negligent breach of a cardinal obligation, which are essential for the proper execution of the sweepstakes and on which participants regularly rely. The aforementioned limitation of liability applies especially for damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in the transmission of data, malfunctions of technical equipment or service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or otherwise during the use of the application. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

This promotion is not connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram in any way.
11. Miscellaneous
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies. The decision of the courts is excluded. By participating, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
