Terms and Conditions of Participation – Giveaway travel voucher

Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway and the party responsible for handling the prizes is Bültel Worldwide Fashion GmbH & Co. KG, Rheiner Straße 28, D-48499 Salzbergen (hereinafter referred to as “camel active”). Description of the giveaway camel active is organizing a giveaway during the period from 01/03/2026 to 30/05/2026.

The following prizes can be won:

1. a travel voucher worth €5000
2. 5x weekend trip worth €500
3. 25x camel active voucher worth €100

Participation requires subscribing to the camel active WhatsApp channel. The closing date for entries is 30/05/2026, 11:59 PM.

By participating in the giveaway, the participant acknowledges these terms and conditions of participation as well as the privacy policy .

Eligible participants

Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 and over who reside in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, or Poland. Employees of the organizer, affiliated companies, and cooperation partners, as well as their relatives, are excluded. Participation in the name of another person, via sweepstakes agencies, or through automated services is not permitted.

camel active reserves the right to verify eligibility and request proof of age. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, e.g. via different phone numbers, are not allowed. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.

Participation in the giveaway

A participant enters the giveaway by participating during the promotion period stated above in accordance with point 2. By registering, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions and the privacy policy. After successful participation, the participant will receive a confirmation message stating that their data has been registered. The data will be used exclusively for the execution of the giveaway. The prize will be drawn after the end of the promotion period. All participants who have entered properly will be considered. The winner will be informed of the prize by message and must claim it within 2 weeks of receiving the message by replying via message. The organizer accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or delayed entries on the website, in particular due to technical defects.

Costs

Participation is free of charge. Participants are only responsible for the connection costs charged by their respective internet or mobile service provider.

Determination of the winner and claiming the prize

The winner will be selected at random immediately after the end of the participation period, no later than 30/06/2026. The winner will be notified by message. If incorrect contact details are provided which result in the prize not being claimed within 2 weeks, or if the prize is not claimed for any other reason within 2 weeks of notification, the entitlement to the prize shall expire and a new winner will be determined. This process will be repeated until a winner is found.

The organizer is entitled to verify whether the winner meets the requirements applicable to participation in the giveaway. If the requirements (in particular proof of age) cannot be demonstrated when claiming the prize, entitlement to the prize shall lapse. Cash payment, modification, or exchange of the prize is not possible under any circumstances. The prize claim is personal and may not be assigned.

Prize description and redemption

The prize includes:

• a travel voucher worth €5000 for the travel provider Vivido (redeemable until 31/12/2027),
• 5x weekend trip worth €500
• 25x camel active voucher worth €100 

Redemption takes place as follows:

• One winner will receive a voucher for the travel provider Vivido worth €5000.
• The voucher code must be entered when booking in the Vivido webshop and will be deducted directly from the travel price.
• The voucher conditions and the general terms and conditions of Vivido Travel GmbH, Woerdener Straße 5A, 33803 Steinhagen, Germany, apply.
• The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.

Delivery will be made exclusively to the winners or their legal representatives. Additional costs (e.g. travel to the destination, meals) must be borne by the winner. Any taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner.

Termination of the giveaway

The operator expressly reserves the right to terminate the giveaway without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned course of the giveaway. In such a case, participants shall have no claims against the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of participation, extend or limit the time frame, or vary the content of the prizes, provided there are objective reasons for doing so and the change is reasonable. The organizer will announce any new conditions on the giveaway website.

Liability

The organizer shall not be liable for technical failures resulting in the unavailability of the offer, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence. The organizer and the participating companies shall not be liable for damages caused to the participant’s computer, other equipment, or software, or that of any other person, through participation. The organizer and the participating companies accept no liability for loss of data, in particular during data transmission, or for other technical defects. The organizer shall not be liable for any transmission errors. Upon fulfillment or handover of the prize, the organizer shall be released from all obligations, unless an earlier point in time already results from these provisions. Claims arising from possible material defects and/or defects in title relating to the prizes must be asserted exclusively against the manufacturer or supplier of the prizes. Any such rights are hereby already assigned, and the participant accepts the assignment. The organizer shall only be liable for damages if the damage is due to intent or gross negligence. The organizer shall also be liable for culpable injury to life, body, or health of a natural person even in cases of simple negligence. In addition, the organizer shall also be liable for the breach of a cardinal obligation caused by slight negligence. Cardinal obligations are obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the giveaway and the achievement of the contractual purpose, and on whose compliance a participant may regularly rely. The above limitation of liability applies in particular to damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in the transmission of data, malfunctions of technical systems or services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or in any other way arising from the use of the application. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law shall apply.
