Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway and responsible party for the prizes is Bültel Worldwide Fashion GmbH & Co. KG, Rheiner Straße 28, D-48499 Salzbergen, Germany (hereinafter “camel active”).

Description of the Giveaway

camel active is organizing a giveaway from 01/03/2026 to 30/05/2026.

Prizes to be won:

  • one travel voucher worth €5,000 for the travel provider Vivido (redeemable until 31/12/2027),
  • five travel vouchers worth €500 for the travel provider Vivido (redeemable until 31/12/2027) and
  • twenty-five camel active vouchers worth €100, redeemable in the official camel active online shop (redeemable until 31/12/2027).

Participation requires a subscription to the camel active WhatsApp Club. The deadline for participation is 30/05/2026 at 11:59 p.m. By entering the giveaway, participants accept these terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy.

Eligible Participants

Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 or older residing in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, or Poland. Excluded are employees of the organizer, affiliated companies, cooperation partners, and their relatives. Participation on behalf of another person, through sweepstakes agencies, or automated services is not permitted. camel active reserves the right to verify eligibility and request proof of age. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries, e.g., via different phone numbers, are not permitted. Participation is free of charge.

Participation in the Giveaway

A participant enters the giveaway by participating during the promotion period described in Section 2. By registering, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions and the privacy policy. After successful participation, the participant will receive a confirmation message stating that their data has been registered. The data will be used exclusively for conducting the giveaway. The prizes will be raffled after the promotion ends. All participants who have entered properly will be considered. The winner will be notified via message and must claim the prize within 2 weeks by responding. The organizer is not responsible for late, lost, or delayed entries, especially due to technical defects.

Costs

Participation is free of charge. Only connection costs of the respective internet or mobile provider apply.

Selection of the Winner and Prize Claim

The winners will be selected at random immediately after the participation period ends, no later than 15/06/2026. Winners will be notified by message. If incorrect contact details are provided and the prize cannot be claimed within 2 weeks, or if the prize is not claimed within 2 weeks for any other reason, the claim expires and a new winner will be selected. This process will be repeated until a winner is found.

The organizer is entitled to verify eligibility requirements at the time of prize claim. If requirements (in particular proof of age) cannot be provided, the claim is forfeited. Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize is not possible. The prize is personal and non-transferable.

The Prize Includes:

  • 1 travel voucher worth €5,000 for the travel provider Vivido (redeemable until 31/12/2027),
  • 5 travel vouchers worth €500 for the travel provider Vivido (redeemable until 31/12/2027) and
  • twenty-five camel active vouchers worth €100 each, redeemable in the official camel active online shop (redeemable until 31/12/2027).

Redemption of the travel vouchers is as follows:

  • One winner receives a voucher worth €5,000 for Vivido Travel. In addition, five further winners will each receive a voucher for the travel provider Vivido worth €500.
  • The voucher code must be entered when booking in the Vivido webshop and will be applied directly to the travel price.
  • The voucher terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of Vivido Travel GmbH, Woerdener Straße 5A, 33803 Steinhagen, Germany apply.
  • The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.

Redemption of the camel active vouchers is as follows:

  • Twenty-five additional winners will each receive a camel active voucher worth €100 for redemption in the official camel active online shop.
  • The voucher can be redeemed by entering the voucher code in the voucher field in the shopping cart of the official camel active online shop.
  • The shopping cart value must be at least €100 in order for the voucher code to be redeemed (no partial redemption).
  • If the shopping cart value exceeds €100, the difference must be paid by the winner.
  • The voucher may only be redeemed once per person and is valid until 31 December 2027.
  • The voucher terms and conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions of camel active shall apply.

Prizes are handed over exclusively to the winners or their legal representatives. Additional costs (e.g., travel, meals) must be borne by the winner. Any taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner.

Termination of the Giveaway

The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the giveaway without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned execution of the giveaway. Participants cannot make claims against the organizer in such cases. The organizer also reserves the right to change the terms, extend or shorten the timeframe, or adjust the prize content for valid reasons. Any changes will be announced on the giveaway website.

Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical failures resulting in unavailability, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. The organizer and affiliated companies are not liable for damages arising from participation on the participant’s computer, other equipment, or software. The organizer accepts no liability for data loss, transmission errors, delays, deletions, viruses, or similar issues. Upon delivery of the prize, the organizer is released from all obligations. Claims relating to defects in the prizes must be made directly against the manufacturer or supplier. The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body, or health also applies in cases of simple negligence. Further, liability applies in cases of simple negligence for the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. German law applies. Legal recourse is excluded. By participating, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
